ImmiGov Services provides immigration-related consultancy and administrative assistance services. Our services include, but are not limited to, providing guidance, document preparation, application management, and intermediary submission of applications related to visas, residency permits, citizenship, tax identification, social security registrations, and other official or administrative procedures.
Where authorized by the client, ImmiGov Services may act as an intermediary and submit applications or documentation on the client’s behalf to relevant authorities. We do not make decisions on applications and do not have authority to approve, deny, or influence outcomes.
Our services do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the practice of law. We do not provide services that require licensing as an attorney, immigration lawyer, or government official in the United States or any other jurisdiction.
3. No Government Affiliation
ImmiGov Services LLC is an independent private service provider. We are not a government agency, we do not provide official government services, and we are not affiliated with any immigration authority, embassy, consulate, or public institution.
All decisions regarding applications are made solely by the relevant government authorities. Use of our services does not guarantee approval, processing speed, or outcome.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation.
- Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification.
- Ensure all information supplied is lawful and not misleading.
- Understand that incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or denial by authorities.
- Use the Website and services only for lawful purposes.
5. Fees, Payments and Processing Timeframes
All fees for services are clearly disclosed before purchase. Payment must be made in full before services commence unless otherwise stated. Fees charged by government authorities or third parties are separate and are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included.
We aim to process applications within a maximum internal processing period of 48 hours. This timeframe refers exclusively to our internal administrative and submission services.
Once our processing and submission service has been completed, and provided that the relevant authority determines that the application is complete and correct, the estimated delivery or response time by the administration is generally between 1 and 2 weeks.
All processing and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the type of application, the authority involved, workload volumes, or additional requirements imposed by third parties. ImmiGov Services LLC does not control and is not responsible for processing times or decisions made by government authorities.
6. Refund Policy
A 100% refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no work or service preparation has commenced.
If the service has already started, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, provided the client presents a legitimate and reasonable justification. Any refund amount will reflect the work already performed, administrative costs incurred, and third-party fees that are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once the service has been fully completed or submitted, unless required by applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImmiGov Services LLC shall not be liable for:
- Decisions made by government authorities.
- Delays caused by third parties or public institutions.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
- Loss of opportunity, income, or business resulting from application outcomes.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, logos, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of ImmiGov Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.
